Returning 2 items unopened in original packaging. February 27th via cycleon. parcel has been sitting in a warehouse for over 2 months according to the tracking. Bikeinn/tradeinn replies with cut and paste platitudes. Avoid this company. I can see from numerous reviews I'm not alone.

I ordered a wetsuit from their Scubastore and payed an extra $80 to have it here this week and got in contact with the shipping company who said it has to sit in customs for at least 2 days in both Spain and when it gets to Australia. Plus delays it is not expected to get here for 3 weeks. I have tried to get in contact with them about their poor estimating and for my extra $80 back and can not get in contact with them at all. Absolutely unprofessional and terribly poor customer services. I personally would not even consider using their services ever again.

What a terrible experience. Context: I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 945 from their store. I had a 30 day, money back return policy. What happened: The Garmin was defect - I called Garmin directly, and spoke with their technical support team - who told me that it would need to be returned, and could see that there was an issue with the products blue tooth connectivity. What I did next: I returned the product with the information about what happened, and requested my money back. What did they do: They ignored my refund request, and sent the product to the manufacturer, under the pretext that if there was nothing wrong with it, I would need to pay for all the shipping costs. I explained many times via the support email, that I simply wanted to return the product and receive a refund. I hear nothing for a few weeks, then suddenly get an email telling me that they will be sending me a fixed or new product (still not clear what they were talking about) - with the tracking number. This has absolutely nothing to do with either their return policy or what I was looking for. Customer support wrote to me in English first, then randomly in German, did not reply on time. This whole process for a malfunctioning product, has taken almost 2 months. Oh and sending emails from your account, returns an error and won't let you. So I had to find a mail I had received in my inbox from them, to be able to communicate. I mean really guys - unprofessional, poor service and poor product experience. Definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this online store.

Low prices claimed but they often do not have the stock in reality, despite claiming at time of purchase that they do. They will provide you a delivery date that will seem reasonable but In my experience won't come close to meeting. When they do not meet their commitments they will just say that despite them being very quick to take your money that their obligations to deliver are not promised. Give these guys a miss.

Ordered 2 pairs size 6Y sandals. Received both pairs but one pair is the wrong size. Only solution offered was to give refund for the incorrect size sandal but the extra shipping fee charged for the 2nd pair was not refunded. But I need 2 pairs, to get the 2nd pair I will have to make a new purchase and pay full shipping fee. This will set me back close to additional $20. Given their track record getting the wrong product again is very high and then I will lose more money. Even after numerous email exchanges, chat, phone calls they stick to their ridiculous scripted policy and refused to send the replacement even though it is their mistake. Request to speak/contact with a manager was flat out rejected. The phone calls costed me another $15. At this point, I just have to cut my loss and never deal with this company again. Estimated delivery time is a joke. It's being almost a month and I'm still waiting for the parcel. Customer service it's slow and useless. They are pretty useless, I can understand a bit of delay in the delivery, but if they state they can delivery in 1 week and then it's being a month (or more than that, I still don't know) that's tricking people. Buy somewhere else

I spent over $700 Canadian for a 10 items after just 1 day I had to remove 6 as they have no idea about availability. The keep sending me apologetic messages but not the product. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing. I would not recommend to order from them as they don’t have most of the item they listing on their site.

I wish I saw all these bad reviews before ordering from them! They sent my order from another country than that of their website and now I"m required to pay a huge customs fee! I wanted to return the order since they have a policy of FREE returns, and I find out that I need pay for the shipping of the package back!! Hard to get more fraudulent, dishonest, non- transparent and scam than that !!

They delivered wrong items. Now they want 5 pictures of every item, but their online form does not work, threfeore it is impossible to attache those pictures, and proceed with return. On top, the support reply to me that they can not help me. Thieves and scammers, be aware.

Worst company ever. They’re A SCAM !!! I received a jacket after one month. I sent it back and I had to pay over 25 euros because they don’t take in charge. The worst part is they didn’t accept my return. Now, I’m without the jacket and lost 100 euros !!!! It’s impossible to reach their customer care service so TO AVOID AT ANY COST !!!!!!

DONT BUY anything from THEM !didnt get order cause thay Put not properly delivery sticker to package.and i got absolutely different package. I contact them immediately via email (they dont Have any call number ) And also i contacted delivery company.. And at they end they reject it And delivery company told.me.that complains should do store.. So dont buy anything from that store..if will.be problem wiith delivery they dont care Now i dont Have no money back And no item. I am from czech republic and i think.that store Is in spain.my order Is Order :: 38750061.

More than two months have passed and still not received the items. Most likely will never receive them. Wish I would've read the genuine reviews before. Authority must do something about these thieves!

I’d give them a zero if I could. They have fraudulently charged my credit card 2 times this week, my bank is disputing it. FRAUD company be careful.

I bought a Motorcycle item from Motardinn that's part of the Tradeinn group of companies, because the price was so good AND it was showing IN STOCK on their site. It turns out they did not have it at the time! They got it in stock 10 days after I had ordered it, and despite that, they would not refund me at least the $10 shipping cost as a sign of goodwill and ignored all my email requests. They MISREPRESENT whether they have the item in stock and how long it will take to ship it. BE CAREFUL! And then if you try to figure out what's happening, they continually ignore your questions and just cut and paste replies out of some training manual that has nothing to do with what you asked. Now, TWO WEEKS past the original delivery date, I still do not have the item nor any meaningful tracking info that at least says when I can expect to get it... It would have been faster to order from China!!!

These guys are completely unprofessional. I asked for a Samsonite bag to be delivered at home. After a month waiting they told me that I need to pick it up at "the nearest post office". they never informed me that the delivery was not at delivery address and I can't pick it up at a post office ... All contacts with support team were quite unprofessional. Just automatic replies without any clear effort to solve the problem. Do not use this guys for e-commerce they don't have a clue about what they are doing

I ordered a Lego F1 car for my son's 11th birthday on June 11th. At checkout, it indicated the package would be delivered by June 8th or 9th if I paid $57.99 for shipping, which I did. I then received an email from DHL saying the package will be delivered on the 13th. I contacted "customer service", and they replied with the stock "supply chain/COVID" excuse, which they obviously knew of when they intentionally misrepresented the arrival date for the extra fee. They refused to refund the shipping cost. STAY AWAY.
