I eventually paid for a return label they sent me, which was £11, only to get to the post office who told me it wasn’t a postage label, and it’d be £18 to send them back. Absolutely no cooperation from customer service ans zero acknowledgment they’d treated me unfairly. Now I’m stuck with the boots. Worst retail experience I have ever had.”
