I ordered a Lego F1 car for my son's 11th birthday on June 11th. At checkout, it indicated the package would be delivered by June 8th or 9th if I paid $57.99 for shipping, which I did. I then received an email from DHL saying the package will be delivered on the 13th. I contacted "customer service", and they replied with the stock "supply chain/COVID" excuse, which they obviously knew of when they intentionally misrepresented the arrival date for the extra fee. They refused to refund the shipping cost. STAY AWAY.

What a horrible company customer service is abysmal even though royal mail have admitted to losing parcel and have sent me details for this horrible company to claim the compensation they refuse to do so PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS JUST HORRIBLE

Money loss can be terrible. It has the potential to drive you into a downward spiral, and it almost did in my situation. I had put my money into a platform, and everything appeared to be legitimate until it was too late for me to understand I had been duped. For days, I was depressed until a buddy remarked that he had heard of a platform that could assist. I reluctantly agreed to give them a chance, and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. My money was quickly recovered. Please be sure you understand what you're investing in and proceed with caution. You can contact them via email (support @ reversalpro.com) if you ever find yourself in a scenario similar to mine.

Horrible company. They do not respond by email except generic, then when they do it's completely ignoring issues. They will not return, even if items are brand new, in original condition and within their return window. This company is operating unethically and it is hard to believe what they are getting away with. Look them up on Facebook - all complaints

I've ordered these winter tires 6 months ago, never saw/receive the parcels, now bikeinn is saying that they delivered it and that i cant have a refund for them!! Worst service i ever had on the net (all automatic message, non trusthworthy website!) Details down bellow : I've order these six months ago, (the Bikeinn delivery time estimate was 2 weeks). For the first four months i had no news of the item and when looking at my tracking number, they were considered in the shippers warehouse). I than contacted Bike Inn team to see if it was possible to return them since winter was almost done and that i dont need them anymore since i bougth some in a local store after 1 month of waiting for my order. At this moment bikeinn replied that : "Thank you for contacting us. We are deeply sorry for the delay and all the trouble caused. In order for us to proceed with the claim, the transport company is requesting you to fill the form attached to this email. Please, make sure to mention your tracking number (CI004019308NL) where it says barcode and sign the document manually. We are looking forward to your confirmation." I thougth that claiming back the items to the post company was complicated and that i could maybee receive these items soon, so i decided to wait a couple of weeks to see if i was gonna receive them. After two other months of waiting, i decided to go back on the BikeInn website to proceed with the claim, saying to my self that they probably lost the parcel. Than when i connected on my profile its saying that the item was delivered!! Never saw it, never receive any messages or notifications about it.. I than contacted the Bikeinn team to see what i was suppose to do. They answered me that i should have claimed the items last time we were in contact because the claim time is gone. Here's the message : We asked you to send us the document to continue with the claim on March 17, 2022, but you did not. We're sorry, but now that your order is out of claim, we can't do anything. If you have any further questions or concerns, please visit our FAQs page or feel free to contact us via our on-line form available in MY ACCOUNT." When looking for people that got similar problem with Bikeinn on the web, we find plenty of case where BikeInn does not refund any of the items and were the delivery never happens... I will try my best to get refunded, but im leaving this here so people can see that this company is kinda of a SCAM!!! Please dont buy here and try to encourage your local bike shop when possible!

The time from order to shipment was slow (over a week), but once shipped it arrived in a few days (Spain to Germany) and the order was the correct item (a backpack).

Do not buy from them … Been waiting 3 months for a helmet that’s listed as being in stock. Each month I get told it will be shipped next month due to it not being received to ship .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .. ITS A SCAM SITE 🤬

ABSOLUTE CRAP. £26 delivery charge for 2 day delivery … easy delivery and it’s not turning up. DO NOT USE THIS CRAP BUSINESS , a right rip off Alison Slingsby 2022 may !!!

They Put the wrong adress and contact details on the package,item was return to sender 2 months ago,they said it’s stuck in customs,no customer support to speak of,goodbye 200 dollars,don’t buy from tradeinn unless you want to throw away your money

I ordered an in stock item from Tradeinn. I had to wait for three weeks until I received the notification that the order was posted. Another week later the carrier phoned us that he could not deliver because nobody was at home (he actually did not bother to ring the bell!). He phoned us after he was on the way again and expected us to follow him to the next village 30km away. We contacted Tradeinn who subsequently informed us that the item was returned and a refund will be made. For logistical reasons it was apparently impossible to make another delivery attempt or phone us in advance or pick up the order from a packing station. The communication with Tradeinn was endless and tedious because every email was answered by a different robot. Never again.

This company is not helpful. I ordered a wrong size and contacted the seller within 5 mins to change the size but they recurse to help in any manner and circumstances.. they lied and say the order already shipped.. it’s on a weekend and within 5 mins already shipped is unbelievable. I. He led the tracking and it’ say the ato k is still at warehouse. Please reconsider when you order anything from this company. My first time and last time I ever order from these people again. Customer service is not helpful. I don’t know why there is a customer service email !!!!

I purchased a Roomba E5 robot vacuum cleaner. The product is advertised as suitable for vacuuming dog hair. This item clogged with dog hair to the extent that no dirt would pass into the dust box. I contacted Tradeinn and they refused to replace/refund. I continued to use it by frequently removing the hair but the fine dust still did not pass into the dust box. After only using the item for less than ten occasions, it will not move. It said the words ` quoting error 11'. However, those words did not occur when I videoed the fault. Error 11 is low vacuum at the dust box. It is now clear that the reason that the robot did not cope with dog hair is that it was supplied with a fault which affected the strength of the vacuum that the robot was creating. That impacted upon its ability to cope with dog hair. I reported the new information to Tradeinn and they state that this scenario still does not qualify for the item to be returned as faulty. I do not believe that this is fair trading.

Should have done my homework on this company before ordering my fault….. hoping for the best but I don’t hold Much hope… just getting a simple text reply from customer services took 90minutes so far…

I ordered a climbing helmet paying 110 euros . The package was sent to spain on the 11/03 as i was going to travel there to see my family. The helmet arrived broken but as an elder person received it couldn't review it properly. I arrived in Spain on the Saturday on the 19th of march and i sent tradeinn a mail on Monday. The answer was negative , they do not take any responsibility even thought all the packages of the helmet were broken and i sent them pictures.They claimed that three days had past from the delivery of the helmet so they wouldn't accept the return. I also tried to communicate with them by phone but as was telling them my problem an operator just told me good morning miss and HANG THE PHONE!110 euros thrown away cause if a helmet is broken is useless, dangerous to use . Totally disappointed. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS SITE ! Not reliable at all.

I ordered a regulator and fins from DiveInn at a great price then read the reviews and thought I'd made a horrible mistake. I was able to track the package from Spain and it arrived with everything intact and as described in the U.K. Within 5 days. Have to say I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Looks like the problems people are having are mainly with returns, so wise to do lots of research before ordering to try and avoid having to send anything back.

I bought ski boots from them, the product didn’t correspond the description, they were kid boots instead of woman boots. I asked for the return, the boots where pick up by their assigned courier company, but I never got my money back. I lost the money and the boots. I wrote them several times and they never answered back. Don’t buy from them.

DO NOT USE I read a number of negative reviews online and naively decided to proceed with an order anyway. Prior to placing the order I emailed them to confirm the item was in stock and would be delivered within the advertised timeframe, which I was assured it would. After one week they cancelled the order and now won't respond to emails. Please don't make the same mistake I did - avoid at all costs.
