Package was lost at the courier (DPD). Contacted DPD, we as end customers have no right to redress from the courier. TradeInn must settle this problem with DPD, DPD said. TradeInn always refers us to DPD. After a few weeks, TradeInn is in contact with DPD. I'll leave it open whether I believe that. Request for a refund is rejected.
Tradinn takes no responsibility. The package is lost and will no longer be delivered.
