"I placed an order from diveinn website on 23-03-2024. The delivery date appeared on the diveinn website as 13-03-2024. The product still appears to have not been shipped. Even though I contacted the site sales staff many times, the problem persists. The delivery date is constantly postponed. "Beware \u2013 SCAM products.\r\nFirst of all, please note that this company scores approx. 32% (1.6\/5.0) on Trustpilot UK, meaning that the vast majority of its customers are scammed, robbed, overcharged, do not receive products, etc. \r\nIn my case, an order of hundreds of euros from diving equipment was never delivered. The company refuses to reply, rectify its \u2018mistakes\u2019, or simply refund the amount stolen. \r\nWorse yet, they sell insurance on their website\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.but the insurance company does not reimburse you for so-called \u2018lost products\u2019, and claim that this is the responsibility of the trader, i.e., the insurance you pay for has no value whatsoever if the company \u2018lose\u2019 your products.\r\nIt seems like the TradeInn and the insurance company have an agreement to take customers\u2019 money for both products and insurance, NOT deliver the goods, tell you to seek damages from the fake insurance they sell, then keep your money.\r\nI have reported the matter to the relevant Spanish authorities and am personally in the process of pursuing legal action against such fraudulent and illegal behaviour. \r\nDO NOT purchase online from the company. A little over 3 out of 10 chance you get what you paid for, as independent reviews attest online. \r\nI will update this post accordingly in time."

"Don't buy anything from this company. It's a scam!!!\r\n\r\nI bought a fishing rod from this company but received a broken item. I always buy \"Route Shipping protection\" So I filed a claim for a damaged product but it was denied? How is that possible?\r\nI purchased a new rod but received a rod that was broken. Also, I purchased the insurance just in case a situation like this. However, when I explained the situation that rod came broken it was denied for any customer service and said that shipping protection fee was to be refunded back to me. How is this possible? I purchased ahead on the time of purchase, but the insurance purchase will be refunded when I made a claim about the broken rod that I received. I really do not feel this is fair at all and there needs to be something done as i paid for a new rod but received a broken one. I sent so many inquiry about the current situation, but i have not heard anything back. \r\nI also requested for a return and refund but they never responded\r\nI can't believe that a company this big would provide such poor customer service to avoid responsibility for an $80 fishing rod? \r\nOf course I paid for a new product, but if they accidentally send damaged one to customer, shouldn't they allow the customer to return it and get refund? \r\n\r\nFYI - They said in a previous reply that they were proceed on a refund but they were lying, not a single dollar was refunded.\r\nKeep scamming customers for your business thriving !!\r\n\r\nMy order# 45949446"

"I\u2019ve placed two orders from Tradeinn\/Trekkinn etc which included a Petzl head lamp. Just before the shipment two times the lamp was \u201cautomatically\u201d canceled by the system and the order was sent to me without the recalculation of the shipment freight charges (even though I\u2019ve made the second order solely to try to get the lamp again). \r\nThe customer service of this company provides generic script based answers which are worthless and don\u2019t take into account my multiple requests to see through this issue. Several times as a courtesy they offered 5 percent promo code, but when I tried to apply it second time it didn\u2019t apply to any of the products I selected (stating that it\u2019s invalid so the customer service either provides the invalid promo codes or as they told me they can be applied only on a very specific limited list of products - why to offer it then?). So whenever you order something from them, beware! It\u2019s better either to check alternative supplier, or try to minimize the basket and order in order not to pay for the shipment of air!\r\nNo customer focus, no actual support, cheating on customers with the freight shipment calculation, no willingness to engage and keep the customers!"

"Total scam. First, my shipment was delayed by nearly 2 weeks, even though according to their website the items were in stock. Then they finally sent the items, but the shipment itself was cancelled and the items were returned to their warehouse without my knowledge and approval. I still don't know what was the reason of the shipment being cancelled. I'm still waiting to get my money back. Customer service responds with automated replies and says things that make no sense. \r\n\r\nAvoid at all cost. I should have read the reviews earlier."
