Feels like SCAM to me. A totally unreliable and dishonest company. I was on their French website when they redirected me over and over again to their Suisse website - and kind of forced me to order there and pay in Suisse francs. And then it turns out that they ship the products from the Netherlands, which means that I had to pay an additional 50% for the suisse customs!! I wrote them to ask if they take on the customs since they were the ones who forced me over and over again to the suisse website, and they waved me off. Since this is totally dishonest and the addition of the customs fee made the product way too expensive for it's worth, I wanted to use their "FREE RETURN" option, only to learn that the "Free" is for them, and the shipping fee is for the customer !!! In short - dishonest, lack of transparency and total disrespect of customers AVOID!!!

- Sep 4 order placed; DHL EXPRESS shipping (CAD $225.99) - Delivery to your home estimated between Thu. 07 Sept. and Fri. 08. Sept - Sep 6 not even shipped - delay issues; as TradeInn did not have the product ("We should receive the item very soon." was the response) - Sep 7 TradeInn claimed the parcel was shipped. - new estimated delivery Sep 10 (still ok) - Sep 8 - DHL confirmed having the package - Sep 9 - DHL express asked to pay additional CAD $192.03 for tax and duties (tax is only $17 - the rest are additional DHL handling charges) (TradeInn claimed they could not include these additional charges in the original cost, as it is determined at the entry point to the country - clearly not, as the package did not even left EU yet and the charges were preset). - expected delivery moved to Sep 13. - original Canada Post shipping cost was the same time and would have been substantially cheaper. - DHL charged for handling fees twice - on the top of it - there was a huge hole in the box - fortunately content does not seem to be damaged - but careless handling by the courier. - BikeInn (TRADEINN RETAIL SERVICES S.L.) falsely claimed that duties could not be calculated in advance - yet they were calculated by DHL prior to leaving EU and arriving in Canada. Amazon for one has that option too - and if there is a discrepancy - that is handled by additional credit later on. but regardless - 400CAD for shipment that is severely delayed is ridiculous. I only chose DHL express because it was supposed to arrive by Sept 7 or Sept 8. TradeInn ignored this and refused to return the express delivery charges for non-express shipment.

Shipment is waayy overdue...unable/difficult to contact CS...non-existent. Once they have your money...they do not seem to care at all about about your order. Will never purchase another item from them. Save your selves grief and anxiety...buy anywhere else...avoid. I wish I had checked the reviews prior to my purchase.

41136556 / Alpinestars chrome shoes , It supposed to be new but it came dirty rubber dirty laces what i should clean it and wash it ? Also there is some damaged in the fabric . it tooked a long time to ship it but it was received after 7 days of shipping that's pretty good , i attached some photos you can see that the lace is half gray half white because of the dirt also you can see some white spots on the shoes it self this is the damaged part ,, as other people said i wish i searched about the website before ordering anything

Appalling service, avoid it like you would, the COVID virus. Tradeinn got so many things wrong, and so little (barely) right. Bought a few items off Bikeinn (one of many entities under Tradeinn), and received the order confirmation soon after. Took all of 6 days for Bikeinn to let me know that 1 of the 2 identical items that I had ordered were unavailable, with the option to cancel the order (for either 1 or both items). On checking the order in my account (or the Bikeinn site), the status showed that the order had been shipped. There were zero responses to questions seeking clarifications on this. Following a decision to cancel the order, there was zero acknowledgement on next steps, and if I would be reimbursed. Zero, nothing, no response whatsoever. Attempts to get in touch with Bikeinn, regarding the order (and the cancellation) were made with multiple standardised responses that were exactly the same, word-for-word (I'm looking at you, Sylvester and Paul). To date (2.5 weeks since the order was confirmed), there's been no response to indicate if I would be reimbursed for the cancelled order.

I spent over $700 Canadian for a 10 items after just 1 day I had to remove 6 as they have no idea about availability. The keep sending me apologetic messages but not the product. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing. I would not recommend to order from them as they don’t have most of the item they listing on their site.

I wish I saw all these bad reviews before ordering from them! They sent my order from another country than that of their website and now I"m required to pay a huge customs fee! I wanted to return the order since they have a policy of FREE returns, and I find out that I need pay for the shipping of the package back!! Hard to get more fraudulent, dishonest, non- transparent and scam than that !!

They delivered wrong items. Now they want 5 pictures of every item, but their online form does not work, threfeore it is impossible to attache those pictures, and proceed with return. On top, the support reply to me that they can not help me. Thieves and scammers, be aware.

Horrible company, stay way off. Delivery took 17 days, sent the wrong sizes (both sandals), communications are super slow. Expected refund in a month time!!!

Unprofessional and dishonest. I ordered 4 pairs of sandals and accepted to pay $60 of shipping for those 4 pairs. They arrived 5.5 weeks later from Spain and only 1 pair was the correct size. When I asked to return the other 3 pairs, they refused to reimburse me the cost of shipping for those 3 pairs they sent me in the wrong size. They think it’s ok that I pay $60 of shipping for one $25 pair of sandals, when they are the ones who made the mistake with the other 3 pairs.

Worst company ever. They’re A SCAM !!! I received a jacket after one month. I sent it back and I had to pay over 25 euros because they don’t take in charge. The worst part is they didn’t accept my return. Now, I’m without the jacket and lost 100 euros !!!! It’s impossible to reach their customer care service so TO AVOID AT ANY COST !!!!!!

DONT BUY anything from THEM !didnt get order cause thay Put not properly delivery sticker to package.and i got absolutely different package. I contact them immediately via email (they dont Have any call number ) And also i contacted delivery company.. And at they end they reject it And delivery company told.me.that complains should do store.. So dont buy anything from that store..if will.be problem wiith delivery they dont care Now i dont Have no money back And no item. I am from czech republic and i think.that store Is in spain.my order Is Order :: 38750061.

I’ve placed two orders from Tradeinn/Trekkinn etc which included a Petzl head lamp. Just before the shipment two times the lamp was “automatically” canceled by the system and the order was sent to me without the recalculation of the shipment freight charges (even though I’ve made the second order solely to try to get the lamp again). The customer service of this company provides generic script based answers which are worthless and don’t take into account my multiple requests to see through this issue. Several times as a courtesy they offered 5 percent promo code, but when I tried to apply it second time it didn’t apply to any of the products I selected (stating that it’s invalid so the customer service either provides the invalid promo codes or as they told me they can be applied only on a very specific limited list of products - why to offer it then?). So whenever you order something from them, beware! It’s better either to check alternative supplier, or try to minimize the basket and order in order not to pay for the shipment of air! No customer focus, no actual support, cheating on customers with the freight shipment calculation, no willingness to engage and keep the customers!

Avoid at all costs. Annoyed i actually have to give them 1 star. Wrote email requesting return as they sent a child's item instead of adults item despite waiting weeks beyond the said delivery date. When finally got through to a chat bot they tell me i got to send them 5 photos to the email address that they will not respond to via previous emails. Will never order from again. Worst experience ever.

More than two months have passed and still not received the items. Most likely will never receive them. Wish I would've read the genuine reviews before. Authority must do something about these thieves!

I canceled my order after 10 minutes. It has been 11 days and i still wait for refund. You can write them but u cant answer them. Its not easy to communicate.

R38326745 Terrible. Purchased a jumper for my 9yr old and purchased size accordingly. Received the jumper only for the head hole to be so small even my 3yr old couldn’t fit it over his head. Contacted customer service only to have them respond that it’s the correct jumper and I am liable for returns. Would never purchase from them again. Absolute scam!
