I purchased a bike pannier. On arrival, it was dark brown/red, when in the photos it had looked light pink. They refused to accept a return because I had the “correct product”. They then agreed to accept a return if I paid for return postage (from AU to Spain) which I did, because then I would recoup at least some of the money (about two thirds). However, it got returned to me 8 weeks later, with all my emails ignored in the interim, with a sticker on it saying the return had been refused. I am now completely out of pocket having paid for shipping twice, at huge expense, and am so angry. I tried to upload a photo here for proof but was unable to do so.
