poor customer service experience, +7days delayed order, standard endless Email ad
blaming the customer or logistics instead of finding a solution; my package was opened on the way of delivery and the one of two products was ripped open, looked like somebody checked it out and repackaged it; customer in search for a hygienic and well packaged product expecting a basic quality standard will be disappointed . The retour for 7,90 on top is just the cherry on the cake. At least try to listen and be generous, make people want to buy again because you care for quality - gracias por nada!
