I wanted a frying pan that only seemed to be sold in the UK so I ordered it from TRADEINN. Delivery took a while which I expected but when it was finally dropped off on my porch the box looked like an accordion and my new pan was broken and chipped. I contacted TRADEINN and after many exchanges continues to refuse a resolution other than telling me Sorry best regards. They will not help because apparently when a smashed box is left on your porch that means you accepted delivery of damaged goods. Stay away!!!
