These guys are completely unprofessional. I asked for a Samsonite bag to be delivered at home. After a month waiting they told me that I need to pick it up at "the nearest post office". they never informed me that the delivery was not at delivery address and I can't pick it up at a post office ...
All contacts with support team were quite unprofessional. Just automatic replies without any clear effort to solve the problem.
Do not use this guys for e-commerce they don't have a clue about what they are doing
