I placed an order in May '20 - as of writing this negative review (which I rarely do) I have still not received the goods I ordered and paid for. The goods never left the dispatch location and after a long time chasing I eventually signed a declaration stating that I hadn't received the goods. Still no refund and no response to communications. I really don't know if this is poor customer service, theft or pure incompetence. All I can say is that for me this company has taken my money and not provided the goods. Make up your own mind. I have tried the ODR process to enter into dialigoue (which is a waste of time because they need to want to enter the process for it to work) and I have started the Eurpoean Small Claims Process only to find that this will stop from 1st Jan 21 for obvious reasons. I would seriously consider all the reviews you can find about this company and check your making the right decision before purchasing from them because if something goes wrong, they are highly unlikey to respond and correct as per their contractual obligations.
