Same bad experience as many others, I'm kicking myself for not checking reviews on this company. Now it's looking like I'm out of pocket $578. The company operates out of Spain. I ordered through them on 30 October 2020, with an estimated delivery date of 13 November. As of 23 December, I still haven't received anything. Many emails later, request for refund refused. Said to contact them again after 60 business days, so about 80 odd calendar days and they will "investigate". Just terrible.
