Very poor customer service. I placed an order on 30 December 20 and it is still undelivered. They are using GLS to deliver my package , and GLS have not updated the current status. I’ve emailed Bikeinn twice and asked if they would contact GLS fir an estimated delivery and status update and twice been told that it’s down to transport restriction. There has been no offer or attempt by Bikeinn to follow this up, I’m just told to contact again in several days. The order value is +£700. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend using Bikeinn and won’t use them again
