Ordered an item 2 months ago. They wanted 50$ in duties so I refused the package and had the item returned to the warehouse. The item was received over 8 weeks ago and I still have not been issued a refund. I’ve contacted their customer service about 6/7 times now and they continually try to tell me they don’t have the package even though I have confirmation from DHL it was received 7 weeks ago. This site is a scam. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with.
