Ordered and paid for a ps5 on 2nd December 20 for my 9yr old son for Xmas anyway I eventually got an email saying it would be getting delivered between 19th - 23rd feb 21 so that was a big disappointment but I was just happy for my son, anyway them dates came and went, I emailed tradeinn again they gave me a date 9th March so I contacted them AGAIN when the ps5 didn't arrive and NO EXPLANATION or courtesy email only to be told they're not getting any deliveries of ps5's IN TILL 01/04/21 😳🤬 so I've been lied to and blagged off. My 9yr old is pestering me for his console and because of Tradeinn's lies/mistakes I've now got to tell him again!!! That its not coming for over another month . This is very bad customer service and I'm disgusted with Tradeinn. 4 months waiting for a delivery? And then its not guaranteed- they'll probably move the goal post again. Well NO!!! I'm asking for my money back. Oh btw? If I could give no stars then I would have.
