Dreadful company to deal with. I ordered some SuperRep Cycling Shoes on 14th February. Shoes took 2 weeks to arrive and to my dismay the wrong size had been sent. I contacted the company to return the shoes (at the time, hoping for the correct items to be dispatched). Eventually received confirmation of how to return, using their Cycleon service and returned them the same day. That was 27th February. Shoes are still showing as 'in transit' on my account, a month later. Have contacted the company on numerous occasions to be told I have to be patient! No comment on the fact that they sent me the wrong item in the first place. 6 weeks after ordering, I neither have my cycling shoes or any idea when my money might be received.
