Can not believe this company is still allowed to trade in the UK. I placed an order in Oct 2020 and returned the item at a cost of £7.49 back to them. Publicly on these review sites they state I haven't sent back or used their agent to return but this is not true. They have written to me to say they have received in their UK depot but cant refund until item is back in Spain. I bought from a UK company and I returned to where they asked in their returns policy. I email monthly and still have yet to receive the money back. Criminal when you work so hard for your money.
