Horrible.
1. Bought and paid for 2 items. Only after 4 working days later, was told 1 item was out of stock (despite listing item as avail on website, with immediate deduction made to card, and email order confirmation).
2. Was told to remove or replace the unavailable item. I replaced it for a cheaper (smaller and lighter) item, and had immediate bank deductions for "shipping cost" of the newly replaced item, without any refunds of the unavailable item I had paid for.
3. When I looked into my order, my new replacement that I was just charged for was not in my order as I had directed for.
4. Website crashed and was facing "technical issues"; could not contact customer service. Emailed them urgently to halt processing of order until the new replacement is added in.
5. No replies to emails.
6. Went to website to contact Support Life Chat. Waited for 50+mins, only to be given blanket answers that did nothing. Opened another chat, waited for 40mins, customer officer closed the chat right after I presented my situation.
7. Tradeinn did not reply my emails or address urgent issues through untrained and unprofessional customer service chatlines and had went ahead to ship my item against my will, without my replacement.
8. Opened customer service chat again, waited for 15mins, did not answer my questions, said "we're currently very busy... So may not get back to you" and left the chat. With no resolution or help rendered at all.
Can't reach them through emails or customer chatlines who waste hours of your time to just leave you with more frustration. Website crashes, can't make orders, they mess up your orders, and you're supposed to pay for their mistakes. Charged unnecessarily, with no accountability. Pls get back to me Order number #22975147.
