I ordered a two pack of Orbi modems and they only shipped one. They refuse to send me the second modem and they asked for the original cardboard box the single modem was shipped in. This box got recycled as I never thought it I would need to provide an entire video or pictures of my unboxing the original shipment
This company is dishonest, misleading. I feel violated.
Avoid doing any business with them.
