DO NOT BUY ON ANY TRADEINN PLATFORMS. I ordered an item from TechInn on 24March. Firstly it took them 5 days to ship it. I had to message them and remind them that I had paid for the item....GUESS WHAT. it still has not arrived....NEARLY 5 MONTHS. I have sent many messages via their HELP platform only to be told the package is on its way... They still have not approved my refund Always get the same sorry story. These people have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. BEWARE.....you will loose your money!!!!!!!
