Order #25998397 AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY AND ANY OF ITS SUBDIARIES. I ordered a pair of runners and were suppoused to come 10 days ago and still nothing. They wont REFUND MY MONEY! The tracking doesnt work, its stuck at 14/10 and no update after that. And please dont send me your support email as I've been goind back and forth with them and they tell me that in MY country the parcels are stuck due to covid. Give me a break!! You dont even know where YOUR OWN package is but you have the audacity to tell me the situation in MY country. I have reported you at econsumer.eu and reportfraud.ftc.gov REFUND MY MONEY!!!
