Keep away from this e-store I bought few things in July. I kept one pair of shoes and return rest. Return was made with Cycleon, recommended by Tradeinn. Parcel arrived some some courier depot in Germany on 22th of July. Since then I am trying to get my money back. At the beginning Tradeinn claimed that they will refund as soon as parcel is with them. Most probably parcel is lost. DO NOT USE Cycleon. Apart from the webpage you don't have any means to trace the parcel, and no way to contact courier. Tradeinn ignored my complains that parcel is most probably lost. I already triggered charge back with my Bank, and also I raise a fraud case with ECC. Now TradeInn claims that refund was already done and they revert me back to my Bank. Keep away from this place unless you want to lost you time, patience and money.
