I paid £21 for 48 hour delivery as stated on the website. When updated, delivery is expected a week later, the same date as if I hadn't paid the £21. Emailed customer services and got a generic email stating it's in transit, track it and return it when you get it if you're not happy. I'm now out of pocket almost £100 and won't have the item I need for when I need it for. Very poor.
