Absolute nightmare. Paid for ski boots over two months ago and they have not arrived. No tracking information and no support. Sent 8 emails already and each time get a generic message. No way of contacting them by phone or email, doubt there are actual people there, just bots. Probably the worst eComm experience I have ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
