I ordered boots 2 months ago. Still haven't received them because they are stuck somewhere on the border in Chile. I contacted the delivery service several times. They promised to resolve the issue and immediately disappeared without an answer.
I cannot return the item because I did not receive the item.
In the end it looks like I just lost money.
