Order 53576688 - Been waiting for 2 months, parcel is clearly lost. Customer service is terrible, no help! They are essentially ignoring my emails, delaying it more and more, and not refunding my money. I recorded a call with NZPost to ensure I had evidence of them saying it was TradeInn's responsibility to fix the issue.
They are scam artists! Do not use!
