Awful company! Do not buy from this company or their various sub-brands and websites. Sent me the wrong size boots (which were not cheap!) then refused to pay for a return. I ordered a UK5 and they sent me a UK6. They even tried to gaslight me into thinking I’d ordered the wrong size, which I hadn’t and the invoice proved that. I eventually paid for a return label they sent me, which was £11, only to get to the post office who told me it wasn’t a postage label, and it’d be £18 to send them back. Absolutely no cooperation from customer service ans zero acknowledgment they’d treated me unfairly. Now I’m stuck with the boots. Worst retail experience I have ever had.
