Avoid them because they are liars. I bought a pair of different sizes of pants from them, I sent back the ones that didn't fit. They received the package after 2 days, I got a confirmation, but they lied to me for over a month that they did not receive my return package. I wrote to the CEO of Tradeinn and he didn't even bother to deal with the matter. I thought that I would become their regular customer because they have a good assortment and quite good prices, but for such customer service I prefer to pay more where they will treat me decently
