SHAME ON YOU TRADEINN! DO NOT buy from this website. I bought a pair of soccer gloves for my son in early September. I was given a shipment tracking number that I believe was fake, because the courier company couldn't find the record in their system at all. 2 weeks later after numerous emails with Tradeinn, I was told the item wasn't sent. Even after I asked them to send the item to a new address as I was leaving the first address, they claimed they had sent it out already. OK then I kept waiting but this time I wasn't even given a tracking number despite multiple emails requesting for one. I asked for refund but they just ignored me. I asked them again and again to send the shipment and give me the tracking number but all they said was they would check with the courier company. They basically copy paste the same response to me every time and would not refund the money to me. It's been more than 5 weeks now and I was left frustrated and angry. I would never buy from them and urge everyone to stay away from this cheaters. This is so far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.
