It could be partly due to the virus but I found dealing with them very frustrating. Their website wouldn't accept my password when I was using my tablet. This is an exception. I finally got a return label only to discover I had to mail to Spain for almost the cost of the item.
Needless to say, don't buy from them if you live in the US.
