Complete waste of time. Ordered something weeks ago and they said it was in transit to their distribution centre for the full two weeks that it was meant to have been delivered in, and then I contact them and they say apparently it’s been delivered to the dispatch/distribution centre (with another 2 week delivery time added), and then a few days later I get an email saying “sorry, this product is out of stock”. HOW DOES THIS BUSINESS RUN?! I only ordered a bottle cage! Not like it was a bike! Don’t use this company because they don’t care about you or your experience, they just want to scam you and take your money.
