Have 3 orders in BikeInn and there's all kind of problems. Dates and stocks are fake but that's not the bigger issue, I can accept that they don't have everything in stock and that an order can be delayed, what I can't accept, is when one or two items from the order don't get to the expedition center, the only option they give is to wait forever, get your money back or remove the item from the order and get an incomplete order. Why do I have to wait forever for an item that must likely got lost when you say that the item is in stock into the store? If the item is delayed 3 weeks, why don't you sent another to the distribution center? Company needs some human interaction to analise this kind of orders. I decided to order from them instead of other stores, now my project is delayed and I don't even have certain that I will get the items... I was fulled by the group since I got an excellent service from MotardInn and TrekkIn but BikeInn? No more.
