No news about my order for 2 whole month (it was supposed to arrive in 4 days). I contacted them many times, I received ZERO help. They just told me to go to the post office to see what was going on, when it's their task to investigate on that (which is exactly what the post office told me). I contacted them again after that, via their chatbot. I could reach the first row of the queue and talk to a person after 5 trials (about three hours spent). They opened an investigation which should have taken 5 to 15 days to determine the issue. Another month passed with no news from them. I will try again with the chatbot, I have no other option. I am actually concerned I will never get neither the product I ordered nor the money back.
