When I tracked my consignment it was said that it arrived in the country of destination on the 23rd of June 2020. Up to date I haven’t received my parcel. I went to the Post Office many times but it is not available. It is point blank not there and I don’t understand. They have my contact details but I have never been updated like they promised or whatsoever and am very disappointed. I understand the situation we are in now might have negative influence on the lateness of arrival of the parcel but what frustrates me is not being updated. Now I dont know if it’s lost or still on its way.
Please do something because my hope is running thin. It’s been almost 2 months now since the day I placed my order and I don’t know what do do anymore and I’m considering on giving up bcoz it seems as if they don’t care.
I doubt that I would even be refunded the way the do things. This is the last word u will ever hear from me and I won’t even bother by claiming my money back
