I placed an order on the 25th July, specifically choosing a guaranteed delivery option and despite the courier never receiving the consignment I have yet to get a refund.
Nearly 8 weeks have passed, I've emailed numerous times and received incredibly unhelpful response, not even a commitment as to how long it will take before they can issue a refund. Shocking service. Amazon might be more expensive but you don't deal with this crappy service.
