A quality item. Natural wood made to look its best. We ordered an oak black stained pelmet for our kitchen window and it arrived damaged in transit. Not the suppliers fault. But they not only provided a solution we were happy with but provided a refund as well. We then set about repairing the transit damage, scratched that needed sanding out, intending to reapply the stain and wax Traditional Beams sent to assist the repair. However once we had sanded the beam it revealed it’s lovely grain, enhanced by the black that was beyond a light sanding and we decided to use some natural beeswax we already had to keep the natural grain visible. Overall a good experience with a company that is professional in situations like this.
