I have used this company twice over the past ten years and I can honestly say that they are the best car hire company I have ever used on three continents. Everyone we dealt with in the company was helpful and went out of their way to make sure our trip and hire of the car went smoothly. Being picked up at the Radlett train station when coming from London was an added bonus that few car hire companies in Australia would offer.
I always recommend Traffic self drive and hope to use them again next year.
