Paul, in the office, was super helpful and the guys picking up and dropping off cars were great. And super flexible. As an example I booked and renewed my car online via the website then email. Ideal when you are in an open office and you don't want everyone to know your business. It is such an easy company to deal with, no customer friction anywhere and they are local, local, local!. Not one of these so called global giants. I can see why they are rated at 98% recommended, it should be 100%!
