I have been in real estate for 18+ years, and started using Kristin Rohr and Transactly a few years back.
One of the biggest mistakes I've made is not using Kristin sooner. The myth of "I want to learn the whole process first, etc" just doesn't fly.
Having someone like Kristin who understands how I operate, understands the paperwork process, and professionally communicates with my clients to make sure everything is in properly and on time is a huge boost to my bottom line.
