This was my first home purchase and my impression of Marissa Case throughout the entire process was that she is extremely knowledgeable, she took the time to explain every step. Extremely competent, she was able to complete tasks I never would've known how to do, and extremely reliable, when she said she was going to do something she did it. Often sooner than I expected. And multiple times she went above and beyond what was asked of her. Along with Jennifer and the whole team behind them I want to extend my thanks for making this first home purchase for me so painless and even enjoyable.
