I would never reconmmend this business
I booked a return of a faulty coffee machine that Transdirect couriers delivered to us on the 22nd of June the Vendor asked me to use transdirect to book a collection this I did and paid for on the evening of the 22nd and was advised to expect collection on the 23rd. This did not happen and subsequently I have had to rebook every day it is now the 30th of June and the item is still here , despite many ours on the deplorable phone system trying to find out when the item will be collected , to no avail and countless emails promising me that the item will be collected the next day it is now 8 days since I booked a collection and the item has not left , and they have no idea when it will be collected , Very Quick to take the payment up front but unable to deliver. or even know what couriers they have or where they are , very frustrating and a waste of my valuable time . The Vendor is annoyed that the faulty coffee machine has not been returned at this rate it will be out of warranty by the time Transdirect manages to find a courier ,
