My initial quote to deliver a parcel was $72 on the website , when I got to the checkout it went to $92.
I booked it anyway. They said it would be picked up Monday... It took them a week and 3 different times to rebook in this pickup with no notification from them I had to email them every time .
They didn't even deliver the parcel to the address I paid for the buyer told me they dropped it off to their sister 3 suburbs away because they told her they couldn't deliver it to the address that I ordered.
1 week later they told me the parcel was over weight and gave me 5 days to dispute it the next day they charged my account for the extra weight which I have proof and a photo of the box on my scales..
Im currently getting the entire purchase refunded though westpac.
Never EVER go through these guys, go to E-go or any other courier instead.”

“The driver stole items from my package. I authorised the package to be left on my doorstep but was home when delivered. The package had clearly been opened and he tried to hide it by placing the package open side down.

They left our shipment in a public loading dock after hours and the driver signed the delivery as if it had been accepted.
The goods were then stolen or damaged.
When contacting Transdirect they took a DENY, DENY approach because we didn't take insurance.
I am sorry but this was irresponsible and careless and cost my business $5000.
Even the MD/ CEO had to be involved and the leadership obviously sets the tone at this company because even he was telling lies about what actually occurred.

They even charged me for updating the street number which was not in the original address. Their customer service via email is slow and takes 7 days to respond and don't help at all.”

“We booked an item to be picked up on Friday via Aramex that the customer was desperate to have on Wednesday. No one turned up so rebooked on Monday. No one turned up so ended up sending via AusPost on Wednesday and goes without saying, the customer was not happy with us. We will never use Transdirect again.”

Paid for a tail lift in a residential area. Truck too big to even turn in the street turns up with NO tail lift. Call them get told they’ll sort it. 5 1/2 hours later and three emails. No response. Phone them no idea and can’t understand why I’m frustrated.

Paid delivery of 4 Hours time frame. journey of 15mins. was delivered. after couple weeks, received emails of additional charges of wait time cost because of receiver delay. but sender to pay for the cost. this is funny.
cost me 3 deliveries over $200 for waiting time of driver to get it delivered. this is funny. driver do not have any evidence to provide but charge my credit card for the receiver delay waiting time fee.
I think only this scam company has such term n condition which did not highlight during on the booking to mention there is a wait time cost. $10 per 5 mins waiting time if delay of receiver. that a joke. who will make a booking prior to check your company term n condition before making delivery booking. I am paid door to door service delivery within 4 hours timeframe, not paid by uber charge by per mins. but they still bill you even was delivery within 1 hr.
I paid for commercial delivery address. your company expect commercial company all small size operational which the driver will come n go. so if we get delivered to the big company so will be many drivers line up to get delivered, so all customers will get this waiting time charges. but so far i know only your company has such fraudulent charges without published on the quote booking during customer try to book and use your company.
PLEASE SPREAD THE WORDS AND STOP USING THIS COMPANY. I WILL CONTINOUSLY DO MY RIGHT TO TELL OTHERS AND LODGE THE CLAIM TO ACCC SOON.”
“UNAUTHORISED $$$$ TAKEN WITHOUT PERMISSION Paid approx $30 for 8 kg box to be delivered within 3-5
Days. It got there 11 days after sent (and only because I put in complaint I’d say),
8 days after it arrived and was unpacked they have now deducted an additional $36 from my credit card-this is UNCONSCIONABLE-they have no grounds for this. They claim I paid for approx 23kg and it was just over approx 25kg-I can’t lift over 10kg. According to their computations approximately $ 30=23kg (it was only 8kg) and $66.90=25kg so an extra $36.90 for 2kg.
This company used to be great- it’s now dreadful”

I booked a return of a faulty coffee machine that Transdirect couriers delivered to us on the 22nd of June the Vendor asked me to use transdirect to book a collection this I did and paid for on the evening of the 22nd and was advised to expect collection on the 23rd. This did not happen and subsequently I have had to rebook every day it is now the 30th of June and the item is still here , despite many ours on the deplorable phone system trying to find out when the item will be collected , to no avail and countless emails promising me that the item will be collected the next day it is now 8 days since I booked a collection and the item has not left , and they have no idea when it will be collected , Very Quick to take the payment up front but unable to deliver. or even know what couriers they have or where they are , very frustrating and a waste of my valuable time . The Vendor is annoyed that the faulty coffee machine has not been returned at this rate it will be out of warranty by the time Transdirect manages to find a courier ,”
“We sent some items with Couriers Please using Transdirect.
When the Couriers Please tracking page updated to say items were damaged we contacted Transdirect - to ask what was going on.
Their response was simply they 'can not track every parcel.'
So we asked for our items back.
Days later Transdirect get back in contact saying the items have been disposed of. NOT RETURNED AS REQUESTED
NOR ANY EVIDENCE JUST TAKE THEIR WORD the items were damaged and disposed of, and they will not pay out for the items under insurance.
Nor will they provide any evidence for additional insurance policy cover payout.
Police report has been lodged because in every other instance this is theft.
You would be better of giving your parcel to the guy hanging out the back of the pub! Wouldn't waste your time filling out paperwork to be told your parcel is gone.”
“Staff cannot do their job. They have lost the package and continue to blame the contractor they use rather than take responsibility. It has take two weeks and me calling every three days and nothing has happened. I am told they will launch and investigation and get a response in three days this does not happen. I call again and get told the same thing. They have promised twice a manager would call me and discuss the issue with me. This has not happened. I was then told there is no way for a manager to call me and only an email could be sent.
I am not convinced that this is not some kind of a scam. I fear my packages have been lost forever and they are just trying to cover until I give up.”

I booked and re-booked my freight delivery 8 times!! They kept just not showing up! What was to be a Christmas gift for my Mum (A 25kg bag of Espom Salts) was meant to be delivered mid Dec. I was still trying to book it in late January.
When they finally DID pick it up - they lost the parcel within a day.
Warranty then said as it was under $100.00 value - they would not cover me for the loss. (see screen shot below).
HOW does a business operate like this?
I never write bad reviews - but this experience was SO bad - I had to.
The customer service woman is nice - but the rest of the process?
Not showing up 8 times!
