We booked an item to be picked up on Friday via Aramex that the customer was desperate to have on Wednesday. No one turned up so rebooked on Monday. No one turned up so ended up sending via AusPost on Wednesday and goes without saying, the customer was not happy with us. We will never use Transdirect again.
