UNAUTHORISED $$$$ TAKEN WITHOUT PERMISSION Paid approx $30 for 8 kg box to be delivered within 3-5 Days. It got there 11 days after sent (and only because I put in complaint I’d say), 8 days after it arrived and was unpacked they have now deducted an additional $36 from my credit card-this is UNCONSCIONABLE-they have no grounds for this. They claim I paid for approx 23kg and it was just over approx 25kg-I can’t lift over 10kg. According to their computations approximately $ 30=23kg (it was only 8kg) and $66.90=25kg so an extra $36.90 for 2kg. This company used to be great- it’s now dreadful
