We give them two stars for actually collecting the parcel. It went missing for days and when it was found we were charged a further sum for apparently under declaring the weight and yet we had had the parcel weighed and measured at a collection point to a different courier only the day before. It got stuck in Perth for days, and when it was finally delivered it was badly damaged form the outside, the first aid kits we had inside were smashed and the clothing mouldy. They couldn't provide us with an invoice/receipt- and yet it was lodged via their website.
