The pre care was great and the experience on the day can't be faulted. However they gave me two garments the same size. As my swelling went down I rang up to find that I should have been given a smaller garment. I contacted transform about this and it took two full weeks for the garment to arrive even after next day delivery promises. Also I was not adviced to massage the scars until 8 weeks after my op. So in summery pre care great. Post care not so good.
