The whole procedure from start to finish was made to feel like i was in control the whole time. From the first consultation there was never any pressure from anyone. Even after surgery when i had a few questions the team where available on the end of the phone for help and reassurance. The staff at Norwich , the hospital and surgeon really made this an amazing experience for me.
