Appointment made at Liverpool Rodney Street. Unfortunately I waited 45 minutes in waiting room before explaining to reception that even if I was seen now, I wouldn't have enough time to go through a thorough consultation. I am still waiting for an apology from the surgeon and a rebook appointment. Left feeling like a number... not an important customer!
