Waited for 35 mins at Turkey Mill, Maidstone, with no explanation or apology. As someone else has said they obviously didn't consider me important enough to even come into the waiting room and speak to.
I don't wait for anyone for 35 mins, especially someone who is potentially trying to make thousands from me!
I'm off elsewhere - plenty of choice out there
