I think prior to the surgery and the initial aftercare after surgery was excellent. The food was good, the staff were helpful. But the aftercare post op eg 10 days later check up is shocking. I had a nurse who was agency who worked with dementia patients and had only stepped in three times ever. Couldn't really answer my questions.
